1. Q: Are you a factory or a trade company?
A: We are a professional factory with ISO
2. Q: Do you make customized products?
A: Yes, all parts are custom made according to customers’ drawings or samples. If you have any parts to be made, please feel free to send us your drawings or samples.
3. Q: Will you drawing be safe after we get it?
A: Yes, we will not reveal your design to third party without your permission. And we can sign the NDA before you send us your drawing.
4. Q: What’s your MOQ?
A: Usually we don’t set MOQ, but big quantity will get a cheaper price. And we are happy to make sample for clients to ensure quality standard firstly.
5. Q. Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: If you want to check sample first, you need to pay the sample charge and the charge will be refunded to you when the mass order is confirmed.
6. Q: What payment terms are you accept?
A: T/T. 
For tooling and samples, it needs to be paid 100% in advance. 
For bulk order, 50% deposit in advance and the left 50% to be paid before shipment after approval of quality.
7. Q: What information do you need for a quotation?
A: Kindly provide us 2D drawing (pdf. file) and 3D drawing(step/stp. file) for products you need.
8.Q: What is the lead time for samples and bulk order?
A: About samples, if don’t need to make tooling, the lead time is around 15 days. If need to make tooling, the lead time is around 35 days. About bulk production, the lead time is about 35-50 days, it depends on quantity and product.
