Please take photos and video of the failure parts and send to us in the first time; we will send you free spare parts after confirmation if goods are within warranty period. For failures out of warranty period, to be negotiable. Technical support is available for the product life time.
6. Do your company install units after selling?
For international business, we won’t provide installation service, but operation and install manual is available if there is a demand.
