Conditions of use and environment

* Storage temperature: -55ºC to +70ºC

* Working temperature: -40ºC to +50ºC (Note: The automatic control box of this product is not suitable for working in an ambient temperature above 50ºC for a long time. If this product is used in equipment such as ovens, please place the heater control box in a low temperature environment outside the oven);

* The constant temperature of the outlet water is 65°C to +80°C (adjustable as required);

* This product should not be immersed in water, and should not be washed directly with water. Please install the heater in Location that will not be exposed to water; (if waterproof, please customize it)

* This product uses low-temperature diesel that is compatible with the ambient temperature, otherwise the diesel will be in the oil pipe                   Do not use gasoline as fuel

Working principle

      The motor drives the oil pump, combustion fan and atomizer to rotate. The fuel sucked by the oil pump is sent to the atomizer through the oil pipe, and mixed with the air sucked by the combustion-supporting fan in the main combustion chamber, ignited by the hot glow plug, fully burned in the post-combustion chamber, and turned back through the heat sink on the inner wall of the water jacket , The heat is transferred to the coolant medium in the water jacket interlayer, and the heated medium circulates in the entire pipeline system under the action of the water pump to achieve the purpose of heating. The exhaust gas from combustion is discharged from the exhaust port.

Reminder :
After the heater is installed for the first time, it should be turned on several times to completely remove the air in the fuel supply system and fill the fuel pipe with fuel

we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q4. How about your delivery time? 
A: Generally, it will take 7 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends  on the items and the quantity of your order.
